Yoga LAB is the place where you can relate and become a part of the Yoga tradition. I have the happiness to be engaged under the guidance of the Yoga LAB founder David Virabyan. He offers different exercises, that makes lessons very interesting and works closely to every student to get sure the exercises are done properly. The classes are unusually rich and various, that allows the body naturally plunge into a state of silence and well-being. After classes we have a session of questions and answers, where we learn more about yoga. Yoga LAB gave me an opportunity to change my life!
